• Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget)
• Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects
• Track advance payment
• Receive quotation from suppliers for comparison purpose
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records and updated price lists
Required skills:
• 02 - 05 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in Procurement roles within the
Real Estate Industry
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently
• Materials Management
• Vendor Development
• Team management
