Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY Accounting Software
• Manage Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment & Receipt entries
• Prepare GST invoices, E-Invoices & E-Way Bills
• File and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Maintain Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS Reports
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial records
• Coordinate with CA during audits and tax filings
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or retail companies is preferred
