Job Description
Job Title: IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and data backups.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, system security, and antivirus updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, networking, hardware, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of servers, CCTV, firewall, and cloud services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
