Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, PF & ESIC.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation.
- Manage employee engagement, performance, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate recruitment and exit formalities.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, labor laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
