Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE)
Location: Surat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 + Incentives (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Appoint and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and submit sales reports.
- Ensure timely collections and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales/FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
